Well Here goes my first blog post ever. Only a week before the tour! i really should be doing my Accounting correspondence course as i have my final exam on monday but i thought this would be a great distraction for now.
As i write this i am for the first time starting to grasp how real this will be in only a few days. With this course taking up literally all my time (11-12hrs/day) i have not trained for nearly two weeks now and so i know my first week on the tour will not be pleasant. ouch.
Thank you to all who have donated towards this cause on my behalf. as a result i have now raised over 3/4 of my goal of $10,000. Please consider still donating on behalf if you haven't to help make this fundraiser a success.
Anyway i must get back to this course so that after my exam on monday i can completely focus on getting ready to bike from SEA TO SHINING SEA! Enjoy

Theo, We are excited for you, encouraged by your willingness to give of yourself for a great cause, and just want to wish you God's blessings on a summer that I hope will give you memories for a lifetime---Memories of yeah the ouches, but more-so the comaraderie, the fellowship of believers, the awesomeness of serving others who are in need, and the celebration of experiencing God's creation in a new way!
